He is survived by: his wife Dawn (Jane Dawn Divine); his children, Karl (Lisa) and Kristi Link (Aaron); his grandchildren, Jacob (Gabrielle), Benjamin, Julia Kocsis, Madison and Elizabeth Link; his brother Robert; and his caregivers, Trudy, Tonya, Julie, Robin, Tara and Carrie.
