He is survived by: his children, Emma Halley Rector (Adam) and Zachary Hanlon Cotter (Jennifer Ritter); his grandson Emmett Rector of Keene, NH.; his siblings, Carol Schneider of Pasadena, MD, Mary Cotter of Manlius, NY, Alice Herlihy (Paul) of Manlius and James Cotter (Anne Grebert) of Troy, NY; and his sister-in-law Betty Anne "Betsy" Cotter of Keene, NH. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
