He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Maynard Piper and Alice Piper; his brother Kenneth Piper of Berea; his wife Kathleen Lynch of Lockport, NY; and his children, Jill (Gary) of Skaneateles, Brian (Elizabeth) of West Chester and Michael (Dawn) of Kensington. He was also cherished by 9 grandchildren.
