He was predeceased by: his significant other Brenda Greene. He is survived by: his siblings, Barbara Heitman of Missouri and John Thompson of Texas; his stepdaughters, Kelly Ware, Amy Greene and Jessica Greene; his grandson Benjamen Ware; and his mother-in-law Janice Woodcock. He is also survived by brothers- and sisters- in law, numerous nieces and nephews.
