He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Charles Tanner and Frances Tanner of Skaneateles; his pets, Oreo and Bella; his wife Catherine; his daughters, Lisa Tanner and Amy Campbell; his grandchildren, Ashley Campbell and Ryan Campbell; and his siblings, Thomas Tanner (Sharon), Michael Tanner (Debbie), Judy Willis (Ray), Patty Laws (Michael), Joan Tanner, Marie Caines (Chuck) and Casey Tanner.
In lieu of flowers donations can be sent to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or the Wounded Warrior Project.
