She is survived by: her husband Carl William Gerst, Jr.; her children, Mary Hardy (Ken), Maureen Stalica (Scott), Carl Gerst III (Ingrid), Greg Gerst, Gary Gerst (Lynda), Amy Ruetsch (Todd) and Christine Gerst; her grandchildren, Sean, Samantha, Rileigh Hardy, Gina, Alex, Danny, Sara Stalica, Aidan Loftus, Samuel, Carl William Gerst IV, Matthew, Natalie Gerst, Nathan, Thomas, Addy Gerst, Hannah, Jack, Connor, Hank and Tyler Ruetsch; and her sisters, Mary Bartlemay and Francie Keating (Jerome).
