It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Alison Waters of Skaneateles, New York, born in Marcellus, New York, who passed away at the age of 82, on January 31, 2021. She was predeceased by: her parents, Esther Wilcox and Charles Breed Carpenter; her husband Thomas D. Waters, Sr.; and her brother Warren Carpenter. She is survived by: her children, Thomas D. Waters, Jr. (Lynne), Alison J. Waters, Suzanne E. Waters (Ed Luczyski) and Robert Horst; her grandchildren, Kristin and Michael Waters; her sisters, Jean Thompson, Jodelle Fletcher and Daurice Carpenter; her sister-in-law Marjorie Waters (Myles Gordon); and her cousin Jean Whalen. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
Due to Covid-19 regulations, services to celebrate Alison's life will be held in the spring at Plis Funeral home and burial will be at the South Onondaga Cemetery.
The family asks that in lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Kindred Kingdoms Wildlife Rehabilitation Center, Inc. or Baltimore Woods Nature Center.
