He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Watkins and Helen Watkins (Soutar); and his siblings, Arthur, Donald, Pauline and Ruth.
He is survived by: his wife Virginia D. "Konzelmann"; his pet Daisy; his children, James Watkins (Sheila) of Fulton, Sandra Lisk (Michael) of Kunkletown, PA and Darlene Holmes of Auburn, NY; his brother-in-law Robert Konzelmann (Lorraine) of Hopewell, JCT.; and his grandchildren, Kevin Watkins (Shelby), Laura Evans (Steven), Emily Simpson, Jennifer LaFleur (Christopher), Julie St. Martin Robbins, Christopher St (Emma), Gregory Holmes, Shawn Holmes (Nikki) and Michael Holmes.
In lieu of flowers and donations they can be made to ASPCA in Al's memory.
