He was predeceased by: his father Ernest O. Skinner; his uncle Edward Skinner; and his son-in-law Fred Myers. He is survived by: his mother Ellen Skinner; his wife Martha Verrett Skinner; his children, Robert Skinner, Jr., Justin Bimber (Shawnette) and Trisha Myers (late Fred); his grandchildren, Ranea Turner, Zachary Bimber, Caleb, Cadence, Connor Thompson, Christian Adams, Aaden, Bryson, Michael, Adrianna and Brianna Myers; his siblings, Richard Skinner (Natasha), Ernest E. Skinner and Elizabeth Hanson; his cousin Marie Crosby; and his friend Bruce Penhollow (Sue). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
