He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Jerrilyn Bull Telford and Charles Telford, Jr.; his wife Amanda Pavlock Telford; his children, Katelynn Telford of Fredonia and Andrew Telford of Buffalo; his stepson Alex Serrano of Sinclairville; and his brothers, Robert Telford of San Francisco, CA and Ryan Telford of Norwich, CT..
