He is survived by: his mother Andrea Lewis; his siblings, Andrea Smith (Larry), Sherry Lewis, Roberta Gonzalez (Jose), Thomas Lewis (Tina) and Barbara Donaldson (Bil Nelson); his nieces, Sarah, Melissa Smith, Katherine, Jennifer Gonzalez, Tiffany, Brittany Donaldson and Lillian Borowski; and his nephew Jonathon.
