He was predeceased by: his mother Virginia James Kelley; and his stepfather Charles Kelley. He is survived by: his father Anthony Mikula Sr.; his close friend Jake; his children, Anthony J. Mikula (Jennifer) of Jamestown and Alicia Fox of Plains, PA; his grandchildren, Anthony Clark, LeighAnn Fox and Annabelle Mikula; his former wife Maureen Mikula; and his siblings, Clifford Mikula (Marie), Bonnie Mikula and Darlene Farrington. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
