She was predeceased by: her mother Nancy Patrick (Reber) of Perry. She is survived by: her father David Patrick (Nancy) of Perry; her husband Charles S. "Chip" Matthews II; her sons, Charles "Sam" Matthews III and Porter Matthews; her siblings, Joy Braselton (Kurt) of Wheatland and Daniel Patrick (Margaret) of Westfield, MA; her father-in-law David Phillips (Janet) of Silver Springs; her grandparent Cal Phillips (Elizabeth) of Silver Springs; and her siblings-in-law, Sarah Marsh (William) of Pike, David Phillips II (Judy) of Silver Springs, Tedd Phillips (Julie) of Silver Springs, Andrew Phillips (Joy) of Syracuse and Vern Phillips (Laurie) of Ocala, FL. She is also survived by several Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, Nieces, Nephews.
