It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert W. Highley (Silver Springs, New York), who passed away on November 7, 2019, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Highley and Anna Gustafson Highley; and his sister Betty Rose. He is survived by: his sister Denise Cross of Kentucky. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
