He is survived by: his spouse Sindy Wilcox Howard; his daughters, Amber Howard D'Orazio (David) of Silver Springs, NY and Emily Howard of Silver Springs, NY; his granddaughters, Hadley Grace D'Orazio and Ezylnn Bella Howard; his niece Kristy Wilcox Goff (Jeff) of Henrietta, NY; his great-nieces, Brooklyn Bella Goff and Julianna Grace Goff; and his siblings, Debi Karr (Jacques) of Warsaw, Donald Howard of Warsaw and Jeffrey Howard (Elizabeth) of Warsaw. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
