He is survived by: his children, Jessica Uptegrove Burrows of New York, Jennifer Uptegrove (Richard Brown) of Wethersfield, Jocosa Uptegrove (Jeffrey Mahoney) of Livonia, Shyanne Uptegrove of Silver Springs and Joshua Uptegrove (Katy) of Gig Harbor; and his grandchildren, Bridget, Matthew, Evelina, Saul, Kaydence, Lilyanna and Lydia.

Memorial contributions are requested to the Wyoming County Veterans Inc. at 245 West Buffalo Street Warsaw, NY 14569.
