He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Granite and Martha Granite (Potter); and his sister Judith Beldock (Granite). He is survived by: his significant other Patricia Meek; his daughters, Deborah Granite and Tamara Seidman (Granite); his grandchildren, Eric Rabinowitz (Teri Riker), Katharine Rabinowitz and Zachary Murstein; his great grandchildren, Adrian and Caitlyn Rabinowitz; and his friend Mark Hall. He is also survived by several cousins; and many close friends.
