He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernie Freeman and Thelma Bowles Freeman. He is survived by: his fiancée Roxanne Jacoby; his stepchildren, Brooke Harris (Dennis) of California, Courtney Montgomery (Jason) of Castile and Josh Rewa of Warsaw; his siblings, Donna Hootman (Mark) of Pike and Dennis Freeman (Penny) of Pike; his nieces and nephews, Amy Sterry (Roger) of Pike, Jason Hootman (Shannon) of Corfu, Andy Freeman (Lori) of Arcade and Ashley Eakins (Rick) of Potsdam; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Kortney, Jordan, Konner, Megan, Owen, Jayden, Cole and Trenton.
