He was predeceased by: his parents, Linus Hoffman and Isabelle Hoffman (Gilbert); his girlfriend Evelyn Frazier; and his siblings, Esther Kelley (late Donald), Edward Hoffman (late Carol) and Paul Hoffman.
He is survived by: his sons, Todd Hoffman (Dyan) of Marilla and Elbert Hoffman (Rebecca) of North Java; his sister-in-law Gloria Bookmiller of Yorkshire; his former wife Roberta Hoffman (Draper) of Springville; his grandchildren, Christopher, Timothy (Brittany), Ava (Chris), Julie, Bradley (Andrea) and Kyle (Karina); and his great grandchildren, Violet, Ruby, Alexis, Kaelyn, Adalind, Nathan, James and Eli. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
