She was predeceased by: her parents, B. A. Gens and Ada Hornburg; her spouse Glen Crowell; her daughter Katheryn Richardson (Danny); and her brother Kenneth Gens Sr..
She is survived by: her daughter Lorie Vitello (Vida); and her grandchildren, Matthew (Crista Kottwitz), Nicole Vitello (Kelly Sabo) and Megan Hanna (Michael). She is also survived by 3 great grandsons and 4 great great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to St. Columban's on the Lake.
