He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Tampio and Rose Tampio (Villafranca). He is survived by: his wife Carmella Tampio; his children, Michael Tampio (Kathy), Susan Borrello (George), Joseph Tampio (Coral) and Ann Corcoran (Steve); and his grandchildren, Michael Borrello (Annie), Lindsay O'Connor (Jay), Dominick Borrello (Sarah), Diana Mills (Jarrod), Anna Wittenbrink (Tim), Vincent Tampio (Sarah), Alex Tampio (Dessa) and Krissy Salinas (Jimmy).
He also spent several years on the Tri County Country Club Board of Directors and was an active director for the Northern Chautauqua Community Foundation / Irving Silver Creek Trust.
