He is survived by: his wife Kathleen J. Elwell; his children, Jeanette Elwell-Cossin (Bill Flowers), R. Dale Elwell Jr. (Melissa), Juliette Elwell (Bob Metzger), Jayette Hosmer (Steve) and Janette Kaminski (Willie); his son-in-law Bob Heckathorn; his grandchildren, Stephanie, Christeina, Jessie (Siera), Jaymie, Julia (Jake Oglesbee), Janelle, Jaylah, Joy, Andrew (Sadie), Gabrielle, Mikayla, Cyrus, Sadie, Sandee, Sophia, Wyatt, Westin and Katelyn; his great grandchildren, Noah, Zyra, Laylah, Mackenzie, Adrian, Aurora, Eighleigh, Waylon, Jayden and Henry; his siblings, Brenda Lee (Jack), Edmund Elwell (Jean), Barbara Van Dette (Al) and Thomas Elwell (Kathy); his brother-in-law Marc Fleming; and his pet Duster. He is also survived by many nieces & nephews and great nieces & nephews.
