She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Conklin and Gertrude Conklin (Hoth); her husband Bruce I. Southworth; her children, John Southworth and Cheryl Southworth; and her siblings, Ruth Kuczka and Allen Conklin.
She is survived by: her daughter Lori A. Taber of Irving, NY. She is also survived by three granddaughters and three great-grandchildren.
