He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Clark and Dorothea Clark (Seegert); his sisters, Kathleen Becker and Miriam Schrantz; and his pets, Rusty, Olivia and Cinnamon.
He is survived by: his daughters, Michele Clark of Santa Rosa and Vicki Cummings (Marv) of Silver Creek; his grandchildren, Max Clark (Gabrielle), Jared (Jennifer), Tyler and Emily Bain; his great grandchildren, Layla, Ellie Bain and Wesley Clark; his siblings, Linda Fryberger (late Larry) and Paul Clark of Wisconsin; and his pit bull Wanda. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
The family suggests memorial contributions in Dave's memory to the Silver Creek Emergency Squad or the Trinity Lutheran Church.
