He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Mohart and Mildred Mohart (Frone); his wife Arlene (Conover); his brother Nelson; his sister-in-law Dorothy; his sister Marion; his brother-in-law Wayne Taylor; his sister Evelyn; his brothers-in-law, Art Chapman and Don Story; and also, George and Jesse Conover, Sr. (Tree).
He is survived by: his sons, James (Tina) and Michael Mohart (Catherine); his grandchildren, Andrea Perseghin (Todd) of Ayett, VA, Jennifer Mohart of Fort Myers, FL and Aidan Mohart of Buffalo, NY; his great grandchild Colter Perseghin; his stepgrandchildren, Joseph Gilvin of Harrodsburg, KY and Cassiah Gilvin of Hamburg, NY; his daughter-in-law Amy Mohart of Fredonia, NY; his sister Dorothy Story of Collins, NY; his brother-in-law Bill West of Phoenix, AZ; his daughter-in-law Catherine; his niece Carol; and his pet Sparky. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
