It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Virginia Cranston of Sidney, New York, born in Lockport, New York, who passed away on June 15, 2023, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Walter Wyman and Dorothy Wyman (Cutter); her husband Sidney "Sid" Cranston; her children, Connie Gurski (Paul), Christine Burdick (Rodney), Cheri Burns (Ronald), Carol Vollmer (Scott), Paul Meyers (Holly), Christopher Cranston (Christy) and Sidney Cranston, Jr.; and her siblings, Gary Wyman (Debbie), Ernie Rose (Nan), John Elliott (Peggy), Joan Rose and Jean Fountain (late Tom). She was also cherished by her twenty grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren.
