He is survived by: his pet Nikki; his father Milt Petzold (Linda Petzold); his sisters, Teresa Sparks (Steven Sparks), Sharon Bell (Frank Bell), Karen Jerman and Sheryl Hopkins (Eric Hopkins); and his friends, Diane, Dale, Roni and Dave.
