With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sandra F. Frank of Sidney, New York, born in Masonville, New York, who passed away on September 11, 2023 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Wagner and Eva Wagner (Gray); her husband Edward Frank; and her brother Robert Church. She is survived by: her daughter Lori Schneider (Wayne Hubbell); her granddaughter Melissa Cawley (Mitchell); her great grandchild McGraw Cawley; her siblings, Dale Wagner (Barbara), Janette Hafele, Nancy Vanpelt and Greta Cutting; and her sister-in-law Marie Church. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
