She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband William "Bill" Sands of Sidney; her sons, Anthony "Tony" Winchester (Vicki) of Oneonta and John Winchester (Annemarrie) of Oneonta; her stepson Sean Sands (Veronica) of Sidney; her grandchildren, Anthony "AJ" Winchester and Ryan Winchester (Megan); her great grandchildren, Lucas, Owen and Jackson Winchester; her mother Lillian Hall; her siblings, Donna Decker (Don), Fred Hall (Andrea), Penelope Timer and Wendy Cleaveland; her nieces and nephews, Donnie (Chris), David, Dennis Decker (Stephanie), Jennifer Timer, Casey Hall, Cami and Shelby Cleaveland; her cousin Linda Winston; her father Fred Hall; and her niece Crystal Timer.
