She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Heck, Sr. and Eva Heck (Oliver); her siblings, Charles Heck, Jr., Wayne Heck, Robert Heck and Josephine Mongillo; and her son Randal Babcock, Sr..
She is survived by: her husband Ralph Babcock, Sr. of Sidney; her sons, Ralph Babcock, Jr. of Silver Point, TN and Brian Babcock (Rhonda) of Sidney; and her sister Lilian Olsen (Heck) of Bloomville.
