Mary Jane Hartwell Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Jane Hartwell of Sidney, New York, who passed away on March 10, 2025, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George Collins and Evelyn Louise Collins (Hilsinger); her brother Clark; her sister-in-law Marie Hilsinger; and her grandson Maverick Coty-Lee Baldauf.
She is survived by: her husband Ben Hartwell, Sr. (Butch); her children, Gina (Mark Baldauf), Lisa (Ted Boice), Ben (Butch) and Janelle Hartwell; her grandchildren, Ashley, Kylee (Ryan), Tyler (Tori), Tanner, Nathan (Katie), Jenna, Lacey and Nicholas; her great grandchild Penelope; her pet Mia; and her sister Mary Tudor. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Iam Union Hall (25 Sherman Ave, Sidney, NY 13838).
