He was predeceased by: his parents, Florence Leona and Ralph Daniel Green; and his siblings, David and Karen. He is survived by: his wife Vicky Lynn Winans Green; his children, Jeremy Green (Patty), Blake Green (Kerri), Briana Green and Matthew "Roy" Cutting (Kim); his pet Stoeger; his grandchildren, Joey, Kelsey, Connor Hitchcock (Mallorie), Bailey, Madeline "Gypsy" Hitchcock (Josephine D'Aquino), Austin Merwin, Rachael, Kylee and Grace Green; his great grandchildren, Rayleigh and Hudson; and his siblings, Bob, Dick, Phyllis, Linda, Dwayne, Ed and Mary.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to Helios Care, who provided support to Jim and his family in the last weeks of his life or to the Sidney Veterans Memorial Park.
