He was predeceased by: his parents, James Richard McKnight and Virginia Dean McKnight (Hargraves); and his brother Kelvin Jon McKnight. He is survived by: his son James "Jimmy" McKnight; his siblings, Kim Richard McKnight (Tina) and Lisa Colavito; and his sister-in-law Penny McKnight. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and their children.
