He is survived by: his children, Amber Safford of Guilford, Christina Graham (Kipper) of Guilford and Justin Safford of Florida; and his siblings, Wayne Cotten (Cheryl) of Unadilla, Charles Safford (Tyke) of Unadilla, Wilma Cotten of Bainbridge and Pamela King (Richard) of Florida. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
