She was predeceased by: her parents, Helen Cable and LeRoy Haltizer; her stepparents, Robert Cable and Pat Haltizer; and her children, Michael James Matthews and Jessica Mae Matthews.
She is survived by: her children, Toby Shields and Kirsten Lanfair (Steven Ball); and her siblings, Doug (Scott Haltizer), Harold, Mark, Robert (Randy Cable), Denise Goodspeed, Robin Bristol, Kelly Martnick and Leann Haltizer. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to The Shriners Hospital for Children which was a charity dear to Bonnie's heart.
