It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Barry S. Ellis of Sidney, New York, born in Hancock, New York, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Ellis Sr. and Bertel Ellis (Paro); and his brothers, Darwin, Donald Jr., Randy, Clarence, Dennis Sr., Loren, Kevin and Steve.
He is survived by: his siblings, Tim (Daph), Elaine (Robert) and Dawn (Kirk); his sisters-in-law, Terri and Linda; his cousin Chrissy; and his foster mother MaryLou McGowen. He is also survived by 35 nieces and nephews, 32 grandnieces and nephews, and 2 great-grandnephews, as well as numerous cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Barry's memory may be directed to the Wounded Warriors Foundation, or to an animal shelter of one's choice.
