She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Frank and Golden Mae Walley (Emerson); her husband Norman Mayo; her son Rodney; and her brothers, Guerdon, Harland, Ford and Frank Walley.
She is survived by: her son-in-law Terry Parsons of Sidney Center; her sons, Gary Mayo of Guilford and Alan; her daughter-in-law Colleen Mayo of Otego; her grandchildren, Todd Parsons of Sidney, Chad Parsons (Wolfgang) of California, Jodie Sisson (Jeff) of Sidney, Kerry Parsons (Michelle) of Arlington, WA, Michelle Searles of Norwich, Lori Mayo of Franklin, Jasmine Kelly of Mt. Upton, Nick Mayo (Kimberly) of Bainbridge, Shannon Bryner (Zack) of Ohio, Jordin Mayo (Ariel) of Oneonta and Jared Mayo of Otego; and her sister-in-law Lois Phoenix (Sis) of Walton. She is also survived by great-grandchildren and great, great-grandchildren.
