He is survived by: his wife Cathy Stewart; his sister Caroline Kresky; his friends, Gail Peck and Nancy Ross; his siblings-in-law, Eric Stewart (Kate Weld), Matthew Stewart (Edith Barnatchez) and Tammy Stewart; his nephew Jeremy Miville (Renee Miville); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Riley and Brynn Miville; his nieces and nephews, Courtney Miville Cantillano (Saul Cantillano), Corey Stewart (Nick Horrocks), Shylee Elizabeth Stewart and Kimberly Ann Hauge (Joshua Hauge); his nephew Luther Stewart; his former wife Carolyn Kresky; and also Byrnjar Hauge.
