He was predeceased by: his parents, Vincent Mazzei and Josephine Mazzei (Buttinelli). He is survived by: his wife Andrea Mazzei (Kermashek) of Shrub Oak, NY; his children, Janine Kilker (Tim) of Mahopac, NY and Robert Mazzei, Jr. (Rachel) of Mahopac, NY; his grandchildren, TJ, Mia, Drew, Lucas, Lauren, Francesca, Brianna and Stephanie; and his siblings, Janet Morrissey and Joseph Mazzei.
