He is survived by: his wife Donna; his children, Rick Pezzullo (Jacqueline), Maria Chadeayne (Tom) and John Pezzullo (Stacie); his grandchildren, Michael Ruff, Dr. Cheryline Pezzullo (Mark Makiling), Dr. Rick Pezzullo (Allyse Suganuma), Derek Pezzullo and Abigail Pezzullo; his great grandchild Lorenzo Makiling; and his stepgrandchildren, Nicole Kyzer, Thomas Joseph Jr., Christopher and Crystal Chadeayne.
