He is survived by: his wife Rhonda Ptak; his stepchildren, Brandon and Libby Ptak; his children, Megan Perryman and Mikayla Merkley; his siblings, Karie Granger, Cindy Knight (Tim) and Michelle Cornell (Tim); and his nephew Tommy Perryman (Chaz Powers). He is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.
