She was predeceased by: her parents, Gerald E. Cook and Dorothy E Cook (Baker); and her siblings, Mary Jane Newman, Michael E. Cook, William D. Cook and Robert T. Cook.
She is survived by: her son Gerald Griffith (Nichole); her grandchildren, Aidan, Alyssa, Justin and Arya Griffith; her brother Richard Cook; and her siblings-in-law, James Newman, Sue Cook, Ida Cook and Barbara Cook. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
