She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Alexander and Helen Alexander (Jones); her husband Paul Shultis Sr.; and her siblings, Frank Alexander, Kay Heppner, Thomas Alexander and William Alexander.
She is survived by: her children, Debra Shultis and Paul Shultis Jr.; her siblings, Dean Alexander, Lester Alexander, Terrance Alexander, Donna VanKleeck, Josie Churchwell and Cindy Alexander; her grandchildren, Dr. Tatum Weishaupt-Leris of Matthew Weishaupt, IV. and Brooke Shultis; and her great grandchild Ruzzo Elizabeth Maisenhelder-Leris.
