With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Berton Ketchum of Shokan, New York, born in Johnson City, New York, who passed away on January 22, 2022 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Ketchum and Elleen Smith Ketchum; his grandson Evan; and his siblings, Joan Rowlands, Elleen Russell, Alfred and Eugene Ketchum.

He is survived by: his wife Patricia Jones Ketchum; his children, Suzanne Ketchum (Larry Donovan) of Lewes, DE, Brooke Grau (John) of New Canaan, CT and E. Scott Ketchum of Shokan; his daughter-in-law Lisa Ketchum; and his grandchildren, Mara, Conor, Emma, Nick and Katerina.
