He is survived by: his parents, Irene R. Whitten (Bibby) and Charles O. Whitten Sr.; his daughters, Christiana Whitten of San Saba, TX and Kerstin Zinalewski of Boerne, TX; his stepsons, Joseph Albright Sr. (Jessica) of Schuylerville and Steven Albright (Jenna) of Feura Bush; and his siblings, Robyn M. DaRosa of New Bedford, MA, Charles O. Whitten Jr. of New Bedford, MA and Dana Houtman of New Bedford, MA. He is also survived by five grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to VFW Post 3185, Delmar, NY, Onesquethaw Rescue Squad, Clarksville, NY, or the Center for.
