With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lionel J. Barcomb of Shirley, New York, born in Mooers Forks, New York, who passed away on July 6, 2021 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Barcomb and Mary Jane Barcomb (Trudeau); and his brother-in-law Craig Hanson. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Barcomb (Decosse); his children, Elaine Laundrie (Thomas), Steve Barcomb (Marcia), Lynn Walker (John) and Lorie Sample (Chad); his grandchildren, Brad Barcomb (Ashley Guay), Rachelle Nolette (Cory), Andrew Walker, Kara Walker (Sanjay Reddy), Alyssa Walker, Elijah Sample and Avah Sample; his great grandchildren, Isis Barcomb, Xoey Barcomb, Liam Nolette and Carter Nolette; and his siblings, Reginald Barcomb (Joanne) of Batavia, Jerry Barcomb (Noreen) of Chazy, Rhea Lewis (David) of North Adams, Mass., Rita Giuliano (Angelo) of Maryland and Marie Edna Hanson of California. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
