She was predeceased by: her parents, George Sambolin and Josephine Sambolin; her spouse Johnnie Garcia; and her siblings, Milton Sambolin, George Sambolin, Samuel Sambolin, Edward Sambolin and Mildred Feliciano.
She is survived by: her children, Laura Ann Farrell (Vincent), Johnnie Garcia, Jr. (Lauren) and Nancy Abbey; her sister Iris Fiorello; and her grandchildren, Vanessa, Vincent, James, Amanda and Brianna.
Visitation was held on Sunday, April 13th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the McManus-Lorey Funeral Home (2084 Horseblock Road, Medford, NY 11763). A prayer was held on Sunday, April 13th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the Lorey Funeral Home (2084 Horseblock Road, Medford, NY 11763). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 14th 2025 at 9:15 AM at the McManus-Lorey Funeral Home (2084 Horseblock Road, Medford, NY 11763). A funeral Mass was held on Monday, April 14th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Church of St. Rosalie (31 E Montauk Hwy, Hampton Bays, NY 11946). A burial was held on Monday, April 14th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Calverton National Cemetery (210 Princeton Blvd, Calverton, NY 11933).
