We are sad to announce that on September 12, 2020, at the age of 90, Jack D. Fervan of Shirley, New York, born in Elmira, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Fervan and Helen Fervan (Hemenway); his grandson Patrick Fervan of Dearing; and his brother Jerry Fervan of Elmira. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Fervan (Banzhof); his children, Douglas Fervan, Mechele Benton (Wayne) and Daniel Fervan (Rebecca); his brother Robert Fervan of Yorktown Heights, N. Y.; and his grandchildren, Sarah Lim (Caleb), Bradley, Aaron (Emily Benton) and Alexander (Christopher Fervan).
