He is survived by: his wife Shirley A. Smith; his son Donald Lee Smith Jr; his daughter-in-law Trisha Smith; his brother Paul Q. Smith; his sisters-in-law, Marcie Smith, Ronda Smith and Linda Hebbs (Jim); and his nieces and nephews, Denny, Dawn, Bobbi, Bobby Jr and Danny.
