With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Bernard Chapman of Shirley, New York, who passed away on April 5, 2021 at the age of 93. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Bernard Chapman to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Chapman and Hazel Chapman (McClure); his children, Robin Dawn Chapman and Brad P. Chapman; and his brother Bruce Chapman.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley M. (Lonkey); his children, Richard B., Patricia Chapman of Arizona, Kelly and Timothy Burnett of Norfolk; and his daughter-in-law Lisa Lawrence of Massena. He is also survived by 6 grandsons, and many great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held privately with burial in Brookdale Cemetery. Please note that visitation will be occupancy controlled with those attending required to observe social distancing and wear face coverings.
